Despite it being towards the end of the main golfing season here, many of the golf equipment manufacturers have released new equipment.
Before I get to that, this Saturday I’ll be offering a number of Titleist demo clubs at massively reduced prices – drivers, fairway metals, hybrids and a set of 714 AP1 irons (4-PW) all in great condition – be quick!
Now onto the new gear :
Titleist 716 Irons and 816 Hybrids
Titleist have stuck with their two-yearly release cycle and have introduced their upgraded 716 irons, although have slightly broken with tradition by releasing hybrids earlier than usual.
There’s no substitute for having clubs custom fitted and we’re fortunate to have the Titleist Fitting Centre only a few miles away at Kings Acre where clubs will be specified to your exact requirements. Let me know if you’re interested and I’ll organise your appointment.
New products are a regular feature for TaylorMade and the latest is the M1 driver. This has all the usual adjustability features and a lighter weight carbon fibre crown – all this seemed to work for Jason Day who switched to the M1 as soon as it was released and won first time out!
I’ve got demos available in both driver models and can arrange fittings at Kingsfield Golf Centre so that you can be sure the club is specified and set-up to suit you.
Callaway Great Big Bertha
Not to be outdone, Callaway have resurrected the Great Big Bertha series, this time with full adjustability. I’ve got demo clubs available for what is sure to be a popular addition to the range.
