The Uphall Golf Club Ladies Open Pink Day Greensomes is a charity event held every year in October to raise money for Breast Cancer Now. Unfortunately, due to horrendous weather conditions in 2019, the competition had to be cancelled.
Despite this, the Ladies still raised a staggering £1,315 from entry fees, the sale of golf equipment, fund raising and donations.
As a result, over the past 9 years, a total of over £10,000 has been collected to support Breast Cancer Now.
The Ladies Section of Uphall Golf Club would like to thank everyone who has contributed to this magnificent figure.
It is our intention to continue to donate to this incredible charity and we look forward to seeing the return of many of our friends in 2020 to raise even more funding to help the work of Breast Cancer Now.
