24 teams competed in the Uphall Ladies Pink Day Greensomes event today over 18 holes in aid of Breast Cancer Now.
The weather was generally good, albeit with heavy rain showers at times. The bonus was there was virtually no wind.
Very many positive comments were made from visiting teams as to the condition of the course.
Almost every hole was sponsored by our own lady members providing a prize for each feature at each hole and thoroughly enjoyed by our many winners, see attached photo showing some of those.
Total money raised for the Charity was just short of £1,000. A huge thank you to everyone who contributed, donated, sponsored and participated.
